This book is designed based on the Grade 7 Fine Arts Learning Outcomes from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. In this curriculum, fine arts learning is returned to its essence as the core of humanity, which differentiates humans from other living creatures.

The value that is exalted in fine art is beauty, both in the form of a work of art and harmonious living between humans and between humans and their environment. We strive to be able to help you in guiding students to develop this value in their lives.

In writing this book, we imagined Grade 7 Fine Arts Teachers who live in big cities, small towns, villages, mountain foothills, coastlines, and also those who struggle in the frontier, outermost and underdeveloped regions of Indonesia. But no matter how hard we try, of course all differences in conditions cannot be bridged by just one book.

We understand that some of you don't even have a fine arts background, some are only trusted because they have artistic abilities. Salute to the extraordinary sir/madam!
