The Engineering Craft subject is an applied science that is incorporated into an engineering system of basic concepts that support learning outcomes. Engineering Crafts aims to develop students' knowledge, skills and attitudes. Apart from that, it also aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit through products produced by empowering existing resources.

The scope of the Class VIII SMP/MTs Engineering Crafts Teacher's Guidebook consists of general instructions and specific instructions for learning from elements or sub-elements of learning outcomes. Engineering Craft Learning includes four units, namely Simple House Lighting Lamps, Egg Incubator, Water Level Control Device, and Door Alarm Device.

It is hoped that this Engineering Crafts Book can inspire teachers to foster a sense of enthusiasm and enjoyment in undergoing the learning process in students. We also hope that this book can develop creative and innovative character traits so that students can find benefits from the material studied.
