This Class XII Pancasila Education Book invites you to interpret Pancasila as a noun, verb and adjective at the same time. As a noun, Pancasila has been defined as an ideology, way of life and foundation of the state in which every citizen is obliged to believe and obey. As a verb, Pancasila is practiced in the daily lives of every citizen.

The term "Pancasila" in this book is an adjective, embodying Pancasila as the character, nature and disposition of the Indonesian nation. This book not only contains learning material in the form of text, videos and images, but also asks for your ability to take part in various learning activities. Learning activities will guide you to achieve the learning outcomes that have been set.

The systematic writing of each chapter in this book begins with apperception and initial assessment, learning activities which end with an explanation of the concept of the learning material. There are formative assessments throughout the learning process as a characteristic of Freedom to Learn, and summative assessments in the form of competency tests to measure the achievement of learning objectives.

Each chapter is unique according to the characteristics of the 4 elements of the Pancasila Education subject where each element is written as follows: Pancasila elements are found in Chapters I and II, elements of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in Chapters III and IV, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika elements in Chapter V, and State elements The Unity of the Republic of Indonesia in Chapters VI and VII.
