The purpose of My Site Time is to make it easier for employers to delegate jobs and time track their employees.

Managers can assign jobs to employees from their manager portals and manage the work flow. Employees also get notified for any newly assigned jobs. When employees begin their task they can click on 'start the job' on the app and add the time required to complete the task.

Use of multiple cost code, work type/activities and use of plant is available with hours.

Employees can also add the required pictures of the activity. After completion of the job, supervisor can assess the job and sign off the job on the app.

In addition, employees are notified 15 minutes prior to the beginning and end of their task.

My Site Time increases productivity, real time labour hour reporting and resource planning in terms of Plant and Employee.
