Can you help protect and care for the boreal forest? As you visit the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service's (SITES) exhibition “Knowing Nature: Stories of the Boreal Forest,” this game asks you to explore the environment and make impactful decisions around scenarios that influence the health of one of our most important forests. While you are exploring the exhibition, pay close attention to the content panels. They hold information that will help you solve the scenarios and learn more about the important role the boreal forest plays in our lives. At the end of the game, you will be able to see how your choices impact the health and sustainability of the forest and how the collective small choices we make in our day to day lives can make a significant impact.

This game was produced by students at the Michigan State University Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate. It was inspired by "Knowing Nature: Stories of the Boreal Forest," a traveling exhibition developed by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service.
