The book Veil of God: Sitting on the Case of Women's Hijab by the legendary Muslim philosopher, Murtadha Mutahhari, attempts to answer the questions above. In this work the author invites readers to get to know; the history of the hijab, the causes of the emergence of the hijab, the philosophy of hijab, criticism and comments on hijab and Islamic hijab. In the last chapter, this philosopher scholar explored more deeply the fiqh rules in wearing the hijab. From here those who claim to be Muslim women can introspect whether their hijab is appropriate or not.
