The main focus of this book is to discuss people's economic guarantees from an Islamic perspective. This book is divided into six chapters. The first chapter, Political Economy in Islam: Urgency and Development of Discourse. This chapter discusses the politics of economic law in Islam, especially the issue of guaranteeing the people's economy that must be carried out by a government.

The actual themes presented in this book deserve to be raised considering that the discourse on economic welfare has become a central theme in many discussions, along with economic progress which sometimes still favors various segments which in the end results in inequality and economic marginalization being a common phenomenon. For this reason, various contributions are expected as a solution to this problem.
