In fact, this simple treatise is a form of effort to prepare ourselves for our marriage. We are very aware that the knowledge we have is very little. Therefore, a few months before the wedding, we agreed to look for references that could be used as a guide in welcoming and living a future household life.

Healthy and Islamic we choose as the central topic in this book, why? Because I don't think there are many books that specifically discuss these two things simultaneously in the context of discussing marriage.

Then why Islamic? As a Muslim, all of this in life must of course be based on sharia. Not spared from him about marriage. Then, we both try to string it together in this book, a healthy and Islamic marriage.
