Chad Wild Clay was born on March 10, 1984 in Minnesota, USA. Chad moved to Los Angeles, California in July 2015 after living in Oakdale, Minnesota. Chad and his wife moved to Las Vegas, Nevada around 2018. YouTuber married YouTuber Vy Qwaint in 2012. Chad uploaded his first YouTube video entitled "iPhone Proposal at the Movie Theater (Chad Wild Clay & Vy Qwaint)" and was encouraged to continue uploading video to the site. Since then, his first YouTube video, Chad began making and uploading full-time YouTube videos with his wife Vy. The initial content was parody songs and other videos such as fruit ninja, royale battles, challenges and adventures. It is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada which is the location of many of its videos.

The channel experienced rapid growth when he began making the mystery series "Project Zorgo" aimed at children with his wife Vy Qwaint. This channel surpassed 5 million subscribers in 2 years. Then in 2019 December it surpassed 10 million subscribers.

He appeared on CCN, VIDCON 2018. Chad created so many parodies on his YouTube channel. He also composed a song for "Project Zorgo" titled "SPY NINJAS ROAST PROJECT ZORGO HACKERS in Rap Battle Music Video ft. CWC, Vy, Daniel, Regina.
