Updated Dashboard that retains the stores associated with your chosen School.
Option to skip the deposit page in sign up and revisit it later.
Minor issues corrected in the sign-up screen preventing users from completing the sign-up process.

Payment method corrected.
Date of birth field on sign up now records the correct date.
