In mid-2016, Idols creator and Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller began looking for talent to fulfill his plan of creating a global pop group with members from all over the world. Selection took place through the help of digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok as well as dance schools and music academies, using expert choreographers, vocal coaches, songwriters.
