QILPI Manager monitors the protection of members of the same team from verbal violence.
This application receives geolocated alerts sent by QILPI detectors when verbal violence is detected against a team member. A team member connected to the same detection session can be assigned to assist the user of the QILPI detector that sent the alert.
The manager creates specific detection sessions through a dedicated user area on the QILPI.com website and registers members. After creating individual QR codes and connection IDs, the manager invites members to join the team session. The QR codes and connection IDs are used by the team members to join the session via the QILPI Detector application, which must be downloaded to their registered mobile device.
Once QILPI Manager is active on the manager's mobile device and QILPI Detectors are connected to the active session, each user's geolocation is visible on a map. When verbal violence is detected by one of the active QILPI detectors, the QILPI Manager receives a real-time notification and its geolocated and identified icon is highlighted in red. The manager can then select any team member on the map and instruct them to intervene.
The aim is to prevent the escalating spiral of violence by detecting the first signs of violence, and organising a team member's calming intervention in real time. In most cases, this controlled interruption of the initial confrontation can diffuse the violence and prevent it from escalating.
The application works on a per-session basis and provides the ability to manage a team of up to 15 people per session on a single QILPI Manager management interface.
1. The QILPI Manager interface coordinates the team
2. Verbal violence against a team member is detected. The QILPI Manager is alerted in real time, while the QILPI detector also triggers the vibration of the user's device.
3. The geolocation of the detecting device is displayed and highlighted in red on the QILPI Manager interface. The QILPI Manager user can select any team member on the interactive map and instruct them to intervene.
4. The instructed team member will receive an intervention request on their QILPI detector interface, which they must interactively accept or decline. The geolocation of the team member in need of assistance is displayed and highlighted in red on the map of their QILPI detector.
5. If the assigned team member declines the task, the manager is notified in real time and can assign another user.
6. If the instructed team member accepts the task, he can report back to the manager after assessing the situation by selecting one of the preset messages available on his screen.
- The situation has returned to normal.
- The situation requires reinforcement.
7. The Manager controls all interactions from his QILPI Manager interface.
The system is completely secure and fully GDPR or UKGDPR compliant, privacy is guaranteed:
- No audio is recorded
- No sound is forwarded
- All audio is converted to metadata
