As an employee for more than 25 years, I have been able to gain experience in various companies and have noticed that there are many companies that do not have the right process in place for every transaction or even none at all. A very important process, for example, is hiring new staff. Who observes whether the worker is suitable for the company and, above all, how do you observe it correctly, especially if you, for example, B. has hired a new manager. Before the probationary period ends, you should be able to make a clear statement: Will we take the manager or not? It is not a defeat for the company if it has been noticed during the probationary period that the manager is not suitable for the team at all or is even not a manager in reality! But it is a defeat if you keep a "manager" after the probationary period, even though you know that he is a human and professional failure! The app also shows how to say goodbye to the manager, because for many of you it is a "human" problem to say goodbye to a colleague if you have recently been on a first-name basis with him, for example is. In this app I show you how to say goodbye “sensibly”.
Other topics are also addressed. Here, as a “hobby psychologist”, I also examine why some newly hired managers really want to become members of the works council, which is already controversial. Manager and works council? Does that fit? You can read that in my app.
Another example for me as a “hobby psychologist”: Why does a new manager enjoy high regard in his team, even though he can be a failure both personally and professionally?
A nice saying that I once heard from the SPD: "Power needs control." And of course that also applies to companies. Here too, it is important to establish appropriate contact points.
The Hobby Coach app is also accompanied by audio about an incident that actually took place in practice. It was about slander. Here too, it is important to have a process set up beforehand, i.e.: How do I deal with such an incident/allegation and in the right order?
There are also a few pleasant topics, but more for the clerks: How do I proceed when an employee asks me for a raise. And of course there are other important topics that ensure that a company is attractive to employees, such as flexible working hours and mobile working.
By the way, my app includes all genders. Just because I write he or him doesn't mean that this only means men. Likewise vice versa.
