a platform which aggregates Investment advisors (wealth managers) and help users to invest
professionally in a goal-based manner. The Investment advisors of Second Income platform will advise
users to do goal-based investing and build wealth in a systematic manner. The platform will offer
advisory and products to invest across debt and equity products. The advisory will be based on top
notch research and analysis of various products on more than 30+ parameters by the industry experts.
The platform aims to help the individuals to invest in a goal based systematic manner with the help of
investment advisors who are professionals and are currently servicing only a select few ultra-high net
worth individuals and family offices.
1. Provide Professional Investment advisors to the users:
The platform provides professional investment advisors to the users. Once the user download and
registers on the app, one of the investment advisors will contact the user to connect & discuss
their investment goals. The investment advisor will connect to discuss the current investment
strategy of the user, their goals and their current income and liabilities.
The investment advisor will discuss internally and then using the sound research and analysis will
come up with the customized portfolio for the user. The portfolio is back tested and all assets in
the various asset classes are approved only after thorough research and analysis done by the
central product onboarding team. The final portfolio is created after through discussion and
approval from the senior management team.
The Investment advisor using various asset classes will curate customized goal-based portfolio for
the user & will discuss with the user. The investment advisor will also help the user in their
investment journey to create portfolio, invest and finally monitor/track the portfolio.
The central product team and senior team will continuously monitor all asset classes and keep
churning the assets based on their performance and track record. The investment advisor uses
these insights to track the portfolio of the users.

instruments. The proprietary debt portfolio product offers fixed return interest to users.
