BOB FM is a new community radio station, recently authorized by the Ministry of Communications (MCom), which is here to give a voice to the community of Presidente Tancredo Neves, in Bahia. Broadcasting on 87.9 MHz, the radio station's mission is to strengthen local communication and promote the culture, information and entertainment of our region.

Based in a city with just over 27 thousand inhabitants, BOB FM was created with the commitment to be an open and accessible channel for everyone — a space where the community can recognize itself, get informed and have fun.

Even in its early days, BOB FM has already shown personality: its programming is light, popular and connected to what really matters to the city's residents.

More than just a radio station, BOB FM wants to be company, a presence and a part of its listeners' daily lives.
