On the air since September 1, 2008, Satélite FM is a community radio station maintained by the Ecology and Environment Association of Piranhas (Grupo Ema). In addition to Piranhas – where it is installed and operating on a modulated frequency of 104.9 – the station reaches listeners in the municipality of Arenópolis and also in several rural regions of Bom Jardim de Goiás and Caiapônia.
