Solitary Workout is a Workout App, which guides through a set of body weight exercises that are really effective.
I myself wanted to go to the gym but I wasn’t able to, due to time constraints, and unfortunately as my job demands me to sit in front of computer for hours together, I became obese.
So I started working out at home, after I come back from office just started doing some basic cardio.
After few months I found out I had lost few pounds. Then I started doing some resistance exercises using only body weight such as like push ups, pull ups, squats .then I started working out by looking into various body weight workout videos in YouTube.
After a year of experimentation, I have listed out exercises which are really effective.
All these exercises I have comprehended into different workout programs and you can access it by downloading the app.
So from my experience I realized there is no need to go to gym nor take in supplements to get into shape.
All you need is the right mind-set, balanced diet and proper workout.
