The Jeanne application supports you for 5 weeks to stop or reduce your cannabis consumption. The program takes place in 3 stages:

The preparation :
Jeanne helps you identify your consumption habits and take stock of your strengths and weaknesses. You and Jeanne assess your level of dependence and anxiety, and she helps you put in place a personalized action plan in the event of the urge to use.

Change :
Jeanne motivates and supports you for 5 weeks from the date you have chosen.
Note your progress and feelings in your logbook so that Jeanne can send you personalized advice.
Also track the benefits of your stop or reduction with the euros saved counters, unsmoked joints, trophies, etc.
Six help modules are available at any time:
- description of the symptoms you may experience and advice for each
- activities that you enjoy and help you pass bored moments
- relaxation exercises
- tips for resisting urges to consume
- advice on how to bounce back in the event of a gap
- resources to talk about it

The balance sheet:
At the end of the 5 weeks, Jeanne offers you a personalized assessment and advice adapted to your situation.
If you are still struggling, you can start the program again.
At any time, you can call the Listen Cannabis line (0 980 980 940). They respond to you with complete anonymity and kindness whatever your difficulty or wish.

The Jeanne application is a help and support system for stopping or reducing cannabis use developed by Public Health France. It is based on a cognitive-behavioral approach to helping cannabis users and also includes a humanist approach of caring listening through the Ecoute Cannabis line (0 980 980 940).
