Created to enable players to use their preferred controls on Android, Mole Miners is designed to be played with one of the following input methods: touch, a mouse cursor, switch access, a game controller or a keyboard. The app opens in landscape mode only.   

Play as the mining moles Chip, Alia, the Baron, Pica and Zinger as you unlock five challenging worlds to collect the most gems possible with your canon.

The objective of the game is to collect gems by knocking them into the minecarts using your canon and the limited balls available for each level.  

You can also go into the Assist Settings to choose automatic aim, to use slow mode which will slow the moving objects, including the automatic canon movement. Or, you can pause the minecarts and other moving objects. There is also the option for unlimited balls.    

In the game settings, you can choose between ‘Precise’ or ‘Classic’ control modes. Using our ‘Classic’ controls option, you select the large up and down buttons to aim the canon. You have buttons to adjust how much it moves with each selection and to adjust the power of the shot using the button that starts on the top left of the screen. You fire the cannon using the circular button. You can also swap the side that the canon is on, using the button at the top of the screen, in the centre.  

With some control inputs, like touch and mouse cursor, you can also use our ‘Precise’ controls option. With these ‘Precise’ controls turned on, you aim by tapping or moving the cursor over the onscreen arc interface. The same onscreen buttons as ‘Classic’ mode are used for other actions, like switching sides, choosing the power of your shot or firing the cannon.  


SUPPORTED CONTROL INPUTS:

TOUCH - Using Classic mode, a single tap on the onscreen buttons activates them. These are used to aim, switch sides, adjust the canon and to fire. No swiping or holds are required. With Precise mode, tapping on the aim arc will aim the cannon instead of using the onscreen aim buttons.

MOUSE CURSOR - In Classic mode, using a single left click on the onscreen buttons activates them. These are used to aim, switch sides, adjust the canon and to fire. No drags or holds are required. The Auto-Click option in Android is also compatible with the game.  With Precise mode, hovering the cursor on the aim arc will aim the cannon instead of using the onscreen aim buttons.

SWITCH ACCESS - To scan through the onscreen buttons using a switch, the use of the Google Switch Access app and a compatible switch interface or device is required. These buttons are used to aim, switch sides, adjust the canon and to fire.  

KEYBOARD - The Arrow keys navigate and highlight the onscreen buttons and the Enter key is used to select one, when highlighted. These buttons are used to aim, switch sides, adjust the canon and to fire.

GAME CONTROLLER - The Left Stick, Right Stick or D-Pad is used to navigate the onscreen buttons. Any of the face buttons or triggers on your compatible controller can be used to select an onscreen target, when highlighted.  These buttons are used to aim, switch sides, adjust the canon and to fire.
