   The updated doctrine takes into account the dynamics of the situation in the world and the region, the need for an adequate response to emerging challenges and threats, priorities and opportunities of the country.

   The Defense Doctrine establishes the fundamental approaches and directions of the defense policy of Uzbekistan, reveals the tasks of the Armed Forces, defines the fundamentals of military-economic support for the country's defense, including promising directions for the development of the military-industrial complex.
