The purpose of the application is to teach a student to analyze the mathematical expressions of the Darcy and Dupuis filtering laws, to operate with different dimensions of the physical quantities included in these laws.

The application offers the student to calculate one of the parameters included in the law of filtration. The parameter and its dimension are chosen randomly. The program checks the student's answer, keeps statistics on the number of response attempts and correct answers.
