Splinter is a drinking game app, in which players take turns drawing game cards and executing them. There are three card types. Action cards will execute some kind of action (which usually involves a lot of drinking for every player), game cards will initiate some kind of game (which, again, will result in a lot of drinking for the losers), and rule cards, which may target only certain or all players. You can even create your own custom cards and play with them!
