"My GBN" is a free app that allows you, as a tenant of the GBN, to quickly and easily use many of our services. Irrespective of our opening hours, you can contact the GBN housing company 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
For example, you can use the app to schedule appointments or report repairs. You have access to your latest utility bills at any time and can view all the information about your lease and your stored data (such as contact details, bank details, etc.).
In addition, many forms and documents are available for your own processing. You can also create your own rental certificate or a new SEPA mandate using the app itself.
The ability to receive push notifications keeps you up to date and informed when there's news about the GBN housing company.
