The Velbert housing association was founded in 1962 and is now the largest housing company in Velbert with around 2,500 apartments, 700 parking spaces and garages as well as over 1,250 administrative units for third parties.
The management of the existing building, the construction of energetically optimized new building measures, the administration for third parties as well as the development of building areas for private clients are the main focuses of our activity.
WOBAU tenants are connected to the housing company via the APP and have access to documents and information on the contract and the housing company.
