The Wohnstätten Wanne-Eickel eG offers its members a free app on the subject of housing. In this member portal you can easily view information about your tenancy using your smartphone. In addition, we provide you with various documents such as your utility bill, your house rules and the current articles of association of the cooperative. You can also upload damage reports and complaints, including photos, to the member portal. With the introduction of the member portal, you have the option of making changes to personal data such as your phone number, your future address and name changes easily and independently via the portal. All reports that you send in the member portal will be processed for you by our staff as quickly as possible. You can use the app around the clock - of course our employees will remain available for personal contact at our usual times.
