We formed Abbey Student Rentals Ltd in 1998 for the sole purpose of providing quality letting and management of student and post graduate properties in the historical city of Chester. 

For all student houses, we offer free, unlimited, fibre-optic broadband up to 80Mb, with ongoing IT support for laptop connections. A maintenance team is also available at short notice. All student houses are accredited with the local authority, and all properties have gas and electrical certificates, EPCs, and fire certificates as standard. Additionally, houses with more than 4 bedrooms are now licensed with the local authority, which complies with recent government legislation. Lounges have LCD TVs and DVD players as standard, and every bedroom has its own TV point.
