Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturing centrifugal lube oil cleaners for various fluid cleaning applications. The centrifuge assemblies are pressure driven solid liquid separators and involve a pressure vessel rotating about its own axis at very high speed effecting fluid cleaning. The pressure vessel is required to be free from leakage for its function as well as for safety.
Normally, the leak testing is done by pressurizing the pressure vessel by air and immersing the pressurized body inside water to puncture. A similar test apparatus is developed by BAPL for leak testing of the pressure vessels used by BAPL.
An IOT kit detects the formation and travel of air bubble when the component is leak and sends alarming signal so that the component can be segregated by the operator. The data is logged and can be retrieved and viewed by the user of the application.
This app is synchronized with the unit installed at BAPL and test data logged in the system is sole property of Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. The data is used for quality control and analysis for improvements by BAPL engineers.
