Logging into the app is protected by credentials. To use the app, the user must log in.
The first screen of the app is the home page. A menu bar is also located at the bottom of the screen to directly access the expected actions without returning to the home screen.
MY ASSIGNMENTS menu: The worker has access to the list of their assignments and can view the details by clicking on it. They will then have access to various buttons:
Before their assignment, they can sign their contract by clicking on ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
During their assignment, they can indicate their presence (if requested) by tapping the REPORT MY PRESENCE button (the worker must be within a 5km radius of the point of sale for this action to be possible). The worker must also complete their assignment report by tapping the COMPLETE REPORT button. They may be asked to take photos to prove that their assignment was completed. After completing the assignment, the user must validate their time spent and expenses incurred by tapping the VALIDATE HOURS AND EXPENSES FOR PAYROLL button.
Once the hours and expenses have been validated, the assignment will be closed.
MY PENDING ACTIONS menu: The user has direct access to assignments with uncompleted actions: CONTRACT SIGNATURE/ATTENDANCE/REPORT/HOURS AND EXPENSES
The user has 7 days from the assignment date to complete their actions. After this deadline, the assignment disappears. The action must be validated to move on to the next one.
