Using the application:
• After creating a user, Jake asks you a couple of questions to get to know you better and provide you the most suitable workouts
• From the home screen you can immediately start the recommended workout or choose between another options
• Under plans it's possible to select another workout plan to use or instead add a new one or modify existing ones
• Under history you get a quick overview of your previous workouts
• In progress screen you can see your performance over time for every exercise on a chart and also track your weight change on a chart
Doing a workout:
• After starting a workout you get a list of exercises with the suggested sets
• It's also possible to change the order of the exercises by dragging them
• On the top you see the exercise that's currently selected
• There you can set the weight and reps for your current set
• From the selection at top-right you can
- open the help section to see the animation how to do the exercise + also instuctions
- view all sets at once and edit them
- add another set to the exercise
- swap the exercise to another similar one (good if your gym doesn't have that machine or it's occupied at the moment)
• At the bottom you can choose whether you want to use the timer between sets for resting
• When you have finished your workout you get a quick summary of it
