The legislation on administrative responsibility consists of this Code, laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, laws of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, resolutions of Jokargy Kenes and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, decisions of regional and Tashkent City Councils of People's deputies, khokims of regions and the city of Tashkent. The provisions of this Code shall also apply to administrative offenses, the liability for which is provided for by legislative acts not included in this Code.
