This will be a holistic system composed of using mobile messages, texting applications and web portal to better inform farmers community about climate change impacts to help them better adapt.

This describes through a use case that is identifies the flows of information through a database of farmers, website, and messages. The website will act as a platform to connect multi-level users/stakeholders with the aim of knowledge exchange and transfer. The system will specifically provide the following:
- Raise the awareness of farmers on issues related to climate change and provide them with up to date information on climate change.
- Link farmers to direct sources of knowledge and ensure that the best scientific expertise and academic research are available to support timely and effectively the local community of farmers.
- Link the experts at Ministry of Environment and relevant ministries to local knowledge.
