COPA is the official platform for the TRANSFORME Project's Business Plan Competition (COPA)—an initiative supported by the Congolese government and its partners to promote inclusive entrepreneurship in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

With this application, applicants can:
— Create and manage their participant account
— Submit their business plan online
— Track the progress of their application
— ​​Access training and support resources
— Receive notifications about the competition's progress

The competition offers three types of grants tailored to the entrepreneurs' profiles:
— In-kind grant (women entrepreneurs)
— Start-up grant (new businesses)
— Matching grant (mature SMEs)

The COPA application aims to simplify access to financing, stimulate local innovation, and support job creation across the country.

Available in the 13 cities targeted by the TRANSFORME Project.
