Techsalon consists of the following features:
1. Dashboard
The Dashboard is designed to give the Salon/SPA owner a snapshot of their business in terms of day, week, month & year. It also contains links to the detailed reports.
2. SERVICE MANAGEMENT
This module allows one to create Service group like Makeup, Hairstyle, etc. & for each group one can define services like Haircut, Hair Spa, Hair wash, etc. We also, facilitate to create service packages across any service group like Bridal (Makeuup, hair styling, saree draping, etc) with customizable pricing. We have also, placed provision for special rates of members.
3. EMPLOYEE & COMMISSION CALCULATION
This module consists of maintaining employee details, which includes Personal details, Work profile & Customizable Commission Structure. It also, contains automatic generation of commission payable report & once the payment is done & details are updates then it settles the same.
4. SALES/INVOICE BILLING
This modules facilitates invoice generation with invoice showing details of salon in header. It includes provision of GST billing. We have included the facility of Wallet payment type, where a customer can prepay a fix amount in the wallet & can deduct at time of services.
5. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
This part comprises of saving customer personal details as well as Membership details pf either special rate or discount.
6. REPORTS
The APP consists of summary & detailed invoice reports. It also features, Daily cash collection report that allows the owner to get an overall information of what is today’s earnings in terms of Cash, electronic payment & cards.
7. APPOINTMENT BOOKING
The employees of Salon/Spa will be able to book clients future & current appointments with specific employee at given time slot.
