Amovil is an application that the logistics area of ​​A de A México uses to record the collection of documentary units (Boxes, Suitcases, Files, Documents, etc.). This application has the ability to synchronize its internal database up and down, that is, a reconciliation can be carried out on site against the units that must be collected or simply collected and at the end of the client visit, synchronize to the server, register and identify the documented units through labels with barcodes. No sensitive data or information is handled at any time.

The general flow is as follows:

Login: the user must have an account previously created under the guidelines of A de A México (Independent Procedure)
Catalog synchronization: the user must synchronize catalogs, that is, the data that populates the selection lists is downloaded
There are two types of withdrawals, one without reconciliation and the other with reconciliation, that is, in a withdrawal with reconciliation, the operators synchronize the database of the documentary units that are going to be withdrawn.
Service record: the logistics operator arrives with the client, and begins with the generation of a service record, in which he requests: client, cr (cost center), number of operators, type of service, who delivers the documentary units, vehicle used, records the start time
Withdrawal registration: a service can have n number of withdrawals, the operator selects the service that has an open status, selects the option to create a withdrawal, when creating a withdrawal he must fill out the form with the data: type of withdrawal, address of the withdrawal, who delivers, optionally the operation and the type of file to be withdrawn are selected.
Label registration: once the withdrawal record is available, the operator must read the barcode labels of all the documentary units that are going to be collected/removed. They can use a functionality that reads barcodes with the mobile camera or can manually enter the barcode value.
Record of evidence: within the tag record, there is the option to record photographs, the intention of this functionality is to record the physical state of the documentary units
Close or cancel withdrawals: closing or canceling a withdrawal means that it is no longer required to read or identify more barcodes. When closing or canceling a withdrawal, a receipt can be printed since it has the functionality of configuring a portable thermal printer.
Close services: once all the withdrawals necessary for a certain procedure have been registered, you have the option of closing a service and in the same way you can print receipts, it is necessary to close the last active service to be able to open a new one
Service synchronization: there is the functionality to synchronize uploads to the server, the services, withdrawals and labels of the collected/withdrawn document units
