About this app
This application guides you to Out of Body Experience by sound. OBE is experiencing the
sensation of consciousness escaping from the body and is sometimes equated with lucid
dreaming. Keeping conscious until the moment you fall asleep may lead to OBE, sometimes accompanied by tinnitus or a sleep paralysis. The purpose of this app is to make it easier to get OBE by repeating falling asleep and waking by playing the sound at regular intervals.

How to use
Use basically when sleeping twice or taking a nap. Set the time and sound, turn up the
volume of your smartphone, press the START button, and go to sleep. The sound is
approximately 20 seconds and sounds every time the specified time elapses.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Please refrain from using it if you need to sleep or rest because it is to force you to
wake up. Also, please note that we will not be responsible for any damages.

If not successful
When you get sleep paralysis, please calm down and try to roll your body or get up.
There are a number of other ways to make a successful OBE. Try to find a way that
suits you.
