The key features of Kwanele are:
• LIVE CHAT
Talk to our trained ‘first response’ staff at any time for advice, support and connection to further services.
• PANIC BUTTON
Contact authorities or armed response and/or notify chosen contacts in an emergency using a ‘panic button’, with the option to turn on ‘shake to activate’.
• LIVE STREAMING INCIDENTS
Stream video and audio to the cloud, where it will be stored securely in our servers and can be viewed or shared afterwards.
• GET SUPPORT
Find and contact appropriate local support services, including but not limited to legal services, counselling, rape crisis and child protection centers.
• COLLECT EVIDENCE
Keep a record of incidents and upload documents and images associated with your case to store securely for use as evidence.
