Waheguru Simran is meditation of the crown chakra. It is technology to remove the veil of illusion from mind and connect you to your real identity. It's technology to control your mind. Waheguru means God and Simran means Attention. Waheguru Simran is about paying attention to God. God is inside us but we don't realize Him. Our attention is outwards.
