The App is reserved for driving school instructors who use the 'Ge.C.A. management system. Future' by AeffeSoft.
Registration and therefore authorization for use is carried out directly by the driving school in Ge.C.A. Future and allows the instructor to independently manage his own guide agenda.
With deliberately 'simple' graphics, the App is intuitive and efficient; contains everything an instructor expects to operate with peace of mind.
Detailed daily view with candidate data such as name, photo, driving license required, registration location and telephone number. But also the number of guides carried out and the possible booking date for the practical exam.
It allows the instructor to book, view, modify driving exercises and to be able to enter for each guide: the vehicle license plate (in addition to the one usually used), if it is a 'Certified Driving Module', to indicate the location of the start of the guide as well as that of the location where the candidate is registered, record any payments and indicate short notes visible to the candidate.
The instructor can also accept or reject any guide booking requests forwarded via the Ge.C.A. App. Candidates, available exclusively for candidates enrolled in the same driving school, as well as displaying the times 'not available' for booking with the related reason; if they are 'Driving Exams' or 'Theory Exams' you will be able to view the list of candidates being booked.
For each day and for each candidate it is possible to fill in an evaluation form based on ministerial indications based on the license requested. It can be indicated whether or not the candidate is able to carry out the operations indicated in the sheet, if tested while driving.
Furthermore, the instructor can create a list of hypothetical exam dates of candidates already able to take it.
All data will be available at the driving school and visible in the 'Ge.C.A.' management software. Future'.
