AFA Football Technology Institute is AFA's new commitment to innovation, which seeks to offer boys and girls a favorable and entertaining environment to learn and practice football, combining sport with technology to transfer the winning methodology to the entire world.
In the AFA FTI institutes the key is in the technology used: a platform that organizes and manages physical and technical metrics, offering the possibility of evaluating and monitoring the performance of child athletes.
It works on three axes:
Practice: educational programs are developed that encourage the development of techniques for play and promote physical training in accordance with a healthy life, respecting the guidelines according to the maturation and growth of children.
Theory: children will be taught online through an E-Learning platform, so that they receive training through recreational dynamics. In addition, trainers who can be trained under the AFA methodology and can teach children from all Academies in the world will be trained.
Evolution: through the use of technology, with performance sensors and cameras that record the best plays, data on the physical, technical and tactical evolution of each player can be obtained. In addition, they will receive reports from their coaches under a series of parameters that promote motivation and development of the game.
