AFDAA aims to help the nutritionist professional in the qualitative-quantitative survey of food intake, for which it has some photographs that allow the identification of the type of food, and others that contribute to quantifying the intake.
The different dishes have been classified respecting the general logic of the Dietary Guides for the Argentine Population, which is why the professional must be familiar with the classification of this tool.
The AFDAA is a project of the National University of La Matanza (UNLaM) in constant improvement, so the work team continues to develop material for its expansion and enrichment.
