(CPIP) is an application aims to determine the optimal concession period for the investment projects in the construction industry. (CPIP) has been designed based on economic and mathematical models. this application has been designed and developed by Afkar I.T company all based on the ideas, calculations, and structure the Ph.D. research in civil engineering that belongs to the (Eng. Ali Hasan Hadi Al Ayem / University of Baghdad). Furthermore (CPIP) calculates an optimal period which can be provided by the beneficiary to the investor. It is taking into account a reasonable margin of profit and the impact of economic factors on the investment capital. The CPIP App helps the engineers working in the field of investment in the construction market.
