For its answers, AGATA processes and interprets a corpus of documents compiled entirely by JUPOL. This corpus was obtained from the following sources:

Public Legislation and Regulations: Organic Laws (e.g., Organic Law 2/1986, Organic Law 4/2015), Royal Decrees (e.g., Royal Decree 137/1993, Weapons Regulations), Ministerial Orders (e.g., INT/430/2014, Uniforms), and other consolidated regulations published in the Official State Gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado), the Ministry of the Interior (Seguridad Superior de Seguridad), and the Directorate General of the Police (DGP).

2. Public information relating to the National Police and the Ministry of the Interior: Data such as structure, organization, and operation, obtained from the Ministry of the Interior (Seguridad Superior de Seguridad) and the Directorate General of the Police (DGP). DGP

3. In-House Training Materials: Includes manuals, study guides, publications, and current content produced by the JUPOL union itself.
