The POSEIDON application is one of a series of 3 applications that we have published as support in drinking water management services in the technological era of 4.0.
ONE PDAM
Is an application of interaction between customers and water managers. So we do not publish this application per Manager, but only with 1 application for all regions can be used by all customers because we have filtered by Province and Regency / City when the user logs in. In this application customers and the general public in related areas can make Complaints, Registration, Ordering Tank Water online.
POSEIDON
Our POSEIDON application is designed to be used by the Customer Relations Section at the office. Managers only need to have a GOOGLE DRIVE Account to retrieve data sent by the public / customers, then through this POSEIDON APP all post control and follow-up complaints and customer / community requests will be controlled by the managing admin. In order to avoid misuse of this POSEIDON Application by parties who do not have the authority, the Manager should contact ADMIN DEVELOPER. Phone number and e-mail are below.
THE SURATMA
The SANG SURATMA application contains applications for recording customer meters, customer inventory and potential customers, inventory pipeline assets, installing new connections, and controlling customers. This application is prepared for the Surveyor, Installation Section, Termination Section and meter registrar. We designed this application to collect data in OFFLINE, but if the Manager wants to be online and integrated into the POSEIDON Application, it is necessary to have a GOOGLEDRIVE Account. In general the settings are the same as POSEIDON. SANG SURATMA all database controls are controlled by the admin manager
We also provide a CHHAT WHATAPP GROUP for forum interaction between application users and admins. Users can contact us via Email or Whatsapp for later we can give notice about application updates and other activities.
