CiEffe, a training agency active since 2004, presents itself in the territories in which it operates as a promoter and presenter as an accredited body (Province of Trento, Province of Bolzano and Lombardy Region) and also in different territories in which it operates as
partner and/or third-party consultant in a range of services that can be summarized as Training and Consulting.

In the firm belief that investing in skills is a strategy that always bears fruit in the long term, CiEffe addresses the individual, companies and the world of schools and education by proposing and implementing training projects aimed at improving
personal skills and those of the work group.

Over the last decade, CiEffe has created training proposals, in collaboration with the Province of Trento and the Province of Bolzano, aimed at specific professionalizing training in upskilling, reskilling and Active Job Search paths aimed at
to the insertion and re-insertion into work of people in unemployment.

Based on the needs collected during the direct experience of CiEffe and expressed by stakeholders such as administration agencies, companies and public bodies, it emerges that digital skills and the use of virtual tools are fundamental
for entry into the job market. In fact, most companies use online recruitment channels and digitalized selection processes.

For those who are beginners or who do not have advanced digital and search skills, there are numerous online job search platforms that are not immediately usable and useful information is often fragmented.

CiEffe NetWorKIT was developed with the desire to support and accompany people in the process of searching for new employment opportunities by providing concrete tools and reference points in a single app. CiEffe NetWorKIT is the app that accompanies you
in all phases of the search for a new job with services that include:

- mapping of employment services in the province of Trento (supply agencies, Caf, trade unions, competent provincial offices, etc.)
- direct links to citizen service sites linked to active and passive provincial policies;
- direct links to the main sites of administration agencies;
- ⁠guides in multimedia format to manage the job interview and application.
