Weekly Cycle: 3 different cycles alternating on different days of the week. Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays are cardio exercises; Tuesdays and Fridays are toning exercises and Wednesdays and Saturdays are abs exercises. This is to get a range in the exercises you do.
Daily Cycle: A cycle of exercises that is repeated each day.
Custom Workout: Choose from any of the exercises to form your very own workout!
