The world had already gone digital, and now it has gone mobile. More and more people have started viewing websites mostly on their mobile devices and businesses need to keep that in mind and react quickly if they want to maintain their positions in the market.
Keeping that in mind Ajeevi Technologies Pvt Ltd introduced Mobile Application that enables to do the following tasks:
1. Feature for citizen is given for complaint .If the citizen have any complaint related to waste management they can raise the queries through app and can see the status of their complaint.

2. Citizen can raise for service request through app, if they want any service from department they will go to the service request option and raise the service ,they can also track the status of their service.

3. If the citizen want to call for support number has been given there they can call and raise the issue if any from the toll free option.
4. Near me facility available, if the citizen want to find nearby ATM ,Hospital,Hotel,petrol pump ,bus stand they can select and find.
5. Citizen can also select the language in English or Tamil.
