Induction in teaching and learning is crucial for introducing students to structured, engaging, and interactive topics. However, the lack of a standard approach can lead to inconsistency, especially when students have varying levels of knowledge or readiness. To address this, the Akhlak Islamiyyah Augmented Reality (AKHAR) has been developed to integrate educational technology through immersive learning. This innovation aims to enhance students’ knowledge and interest in Islamic ethics within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) context. The AKHAR application simulates scenarios to test students’ cognitive abilities in decision-making within a virtual environment, covering four topics: (1) an introduction to Akhlak Islamiyyah (Islamic ethics), (2) the nature of mahmudah (righteous deeds), (3) the nature of mazmumah (bad despicable), and (4) muamalat (mutual dealings) issues and ethics problems.
