The app consists of three sections:
1. Goals: You can set your long term and short term goals and set a deadline too.
2. Tasks: You can set tasks relating to your goals which will make it clear which tasks are going to help you in which goal.
3. Time Management Matrix: A new concept introduced in the app which is highly recommended by lots of people mentioned in the book " 7 Habits of Highly Effective People".

You can also track your focus by analysing your daily tasks performed for specific goals, which goals to put more effort on and which goals not to.
