Thanks to Albalog's ExtraERP eService, the technician can safely manage:
• the mobile closure of interventions
• the unloading of products and spare parts
• non-contractual charges
• the customer's signature for acceptance.
The closed intervention is then automatically notified to the customer and archived in the ExtraERP database for its management.
It also works off-line so it's easier to manage data even in the absence of a network!
