Calevolve is a calisthenics training app that helps you achieve calisthenics skill you never though were possible. Calevolve has a wide range of 15+ calisthenics skills, with varying difficulty, for you to learn and master. Each skill has a list of progression exercises that start easy and slowly get more challenging. Work up these progressions and before you know it you will master calisthenics.

Each workout starts with the most difficult progression you can do for the skill you are working towards. The assistant will guide you to do as many of that exercise as you can. Then the assistant will bring you down to an easier exercise. You will work down the ladder to reach hypotrophy to stimulate muscle growth.
With each workout, you will get stronger and closer to your goal. Once you can rep out a progression, you will be ready to move to the next one and get one step closer. Following this step by step workout plan, you'll master skills that once seemed impossible.
